- Después hacemos un agujero en medio y ponemos las semillas y las nueces mezclar un poco con la masa. Le damos forma y ponemos en un molde.
- En mi caso elegí uno alargado estilo plum cake, forra con papel de horno engrasamos con aceite y espolvoreamos harina integral. Lo dejamos reposar de nuevo hasta que la masa llegue al límite del borde del molde.
- Lo sacamos del horno y dejamos enfriar. Luego sacamos del molde cortamos en rebanadas lo embolsamos y al congelador, así siempre tendremos pan listo y a disfrutar!😋
- Precalentamos el horno 250° en este momento si lo deseamos podemos pintar la superficie de la masa con agua y ponerle algunas semillas más. Horneamos 15 minutos a 220° después 30 minutos 180°.
