- Aliña con el estragón, la pimienta blanca y la sal al gusto. Debes remover la sartén constantemente para que no se pegue. Puedes ir agregando un poco de agua para que sea más difícil que se pegue. Tapa la olla para que no se seque y se cueza más rápido.

- Una vez que los vegetales están tiernos toca añadir la salsa de tomate (yo básicamente le eché dos chorros 😅 en el paquete quedó poco más de la mitad) revuelve bien.

- Disuelve la maicena en media taza de agua fría y agregala al wok cuando hierva. Revuelve otra vez.

- Cuando comience a hervir, la maicena pasará de blanca a transparente y estará listo. Si está muy líquido, solo deja que hierva hasta que se reduzca a tu gusto. Si se espesa mucho, añade más agua, revuelve y espera a que hierva otra vez.

- Al servirlo, puedes poner semillas de sésamo por encima. Yo lo serví junto con arroz árabe y quedó espectacular 👌
