- En una fuente colocar las rodajas ya cocidas, e ir intercalando con las fetas de panceta tiernizada, tomate cortado en rodajas, queso rallado y muzzarella.



- Incorporar los huevos batidos por arriba y cocinar nuevamente, yo utilicé el microondas, hasta que se extienda por toda la superficie, unificando a manera de tortilla. Y luego colocar rodajas de Muzzarella.



- Por último con pincel pinté con aceite condimentado, como el que utilizo para las pizzas, quedó espectacular!!!!
