- Dejamos tapada 10 min y mientras preparamos el paté.
- Lavamos bien la berenjena sin pelar y la asamos en una hornalla. Una vez lista le sacamos la cáscara.
- En un bowl le agregamos la sal, el ajo y lo que quieras sumarle de condimentos más el jugo del medio limón y mixeamos un toque, no es necesario que quede líquido.
- Por arriba le sume ají molido. Podes conservarlo en frasco en heladera.
- Volviendo a los nachos, estiramos la masa como un rectángulo y cortamos triángulos, los ponemos en placa previamente aceitada, un poquito para que no se peguen. Llevamos a horno 180° por 20 min o hasta que estén dorados y crocantes. Y a disfrutar!! 🤗.
