- Sobre una asadera con rocío vegetal o apenas aceitada acomodar las berenjenas, y condimentarlos con pimentón dulce, condimento para pizza y un chorrito de aceite de oliva por arriba y cocinar en horno unos 15 a 20 minutos para darle una pre cocción, luego incorporar encima las cebollas rehogadas y el queso rallado y volver al horno unos 10 minutos más
