Os propongo un plato que es una mezcla de explosión de sabores, por un lado el toque semipicante del chorizo, la dulzura de la calabaza y para rematar un leve olor olorcillo a sidra. - 100 g chorizo, yo lo usé un poco picante
- 200 g calabaza
- 100 g tomate triturado
- 150 ml sidra
- 120 ml caldo de carne

- 2-3 hojas laurel
- Sal y pimienta negra

- Lo primero agrupar todos los ingredientes. Retiramos la cáscara de la calabaza y la troceamos en dados. Retiramos la piel del chorizo y lo cortamos en medias rodajas. Por cierto, no se me ha olvidado el aceite, vamos a usar solo la grasa que suelta el chorizo al freírse.

- Ponemos una sartén amplia al fuego y cuando esté caliente echamos el chorizo y lo freímos a fuego medio-alto un par de minutos para que suelte la grasilla. Agregamos el tomate triturado y cocinamos a fuego medio unos 5 minutos. Incorporamos la calabaza y salteamos 5 minutos, removiendo.



- Añadimos los garbanzos ya cocidos junto con el comino y las hojas de laurel y dejamos a fuego medio 5 minutos. Vertemos la sidra y cocinamos a fuego alto un par de minutos para que se evapore el alcohol. Agregamos el caldo de carne y dejamos que se haga todo junto a fuego medio-lento unos 25 minutos.



- Nuestro plato estará cuando la calabaza esté hecha y apenas nos quede caldo.
