- Picamos las cebollas y cortamos en taquitos el pimiento. Y también el lomo.



- Cortamos la calabaza en cubos grandes, y en una sartén con un poco de aceite y sal, vamos dorándola. Espolvoreamos nuez moscada (al gusto), y dejamos que se cocinen a fuego lento. Para darle nuestro toque, le añadimos escamas de chili ❤️🌶❤️
