En un bol grande pon el puré de calabaza, el azúcar y el aceite, bate hasta que esté todo bien unido.
Añade los huevos y sigue batiendo.
Echa los sobres de gaseosa y bate hasta que veas que la masa sube y salen burbujas.
- Añade la harina tamizada y mezcla con cuidado para que no se baje la masa, ahora no batas, utiliza una espátula o cuchara de madera.
Echa un puñado de pepitas de chocolate y mezcla.
- Forra la llanda o el molde que vayas a utilizar con papel de horno y vierte toda la masa de calabaza.

Pon la coca en el horno precalentado a 180º durante unos 30 minutos o hasta que veas que está cocida, pincha la coca con un cuchillo o pincho, si sale limpio es que ya está hecha.
- No la tengas más tiempo del necesario que con el calor de dentro de la coca se termina de hacer y está más jugosa. Es una coca deliciosa que para nada se nota que es de calabaza.
