- Almíbar para el flan

- Cortar la calabaza en tacos y ponerla a cocinar hasta que esté bien cocida.



- Ponemos un poco de azúcar para hacer el almíbar y después que la tengamos, la esparcimos por todo la cazuelita. Mezclamos bien el huevo y la leche, le agregamos el azúcar.


- Obtenemos lo que aparece en la 1era foto de este tercer paso, se tritura la calabaza y se le añade al huevo con la leche y el azúcar, luego se vierte en la cazuela del almíbar (el almíbar es la piel del flan en este caso)


- Se pone el horno a calentar y se pone el preparado del flan en el horno a baño de maría (se puede poner al fuego a cocinar en baño de maría, pero yo utilizo el horno) y se deja por un tiempo de 90 minutos a 170 grados de temperatura. Luego se saca y se deja reposar por 5 min en temperatura ambiente. Se retira a un plato y ya está listo para consumir (se puede guardar en la nevera por 10 minutos para que esté más fresco) mmm delicioso flan. El que quiera probarlo ! Está invitado. 😋😊😍.
