  2. 2 cebollas medianas
  3. 2 zanahorias medianas
  4. 2 dientes ajo
  5. 1 cucharadita rasa tomillo seco (o romero, lo que haya en casa)
  6. 1 litro caldo pollo
  7. 3-4 cucharadas aceite girasol
  8. Sal, pimienta (una pizca de curry, nuez moscada si hay en casa)

  1. Limpiamos y cortamos las verduras en dados, la calabaza en dados más grandes, la cebolla y la zanahoria en dados más pequeños.
  2. En una cazuela honda ponemos a calentar el aceite y añadimos la cebolla, la zanahoria, la cucharadita de tomillo (o romero) y pizca de sal y pimienta. Sofreímos unos 5 minutos.
  3. Después de los 5 minutos añadimos el ajo cortado en láminas y lo sofreímos 1 minuto más. Añadimos también los dados de calabaza, mezclamos y añadimos el caldo de pollo (yo lo hice de pastilla, pero lo que prefieran), más medio litro de agua caliente, el curry y la nuez moscada si tenemos.
  4. Dejamos hervir hasta que la calabaza quede bien blanda, unos 40-50 minutos. Retiramos del fuego y dejamos reposar unos 10 minutos. Pasamos todo por la batidora (yo también he colado una parte del caldo, para que quede más fino). Servimos con picatostes de ajo y un hilo de aceite de oliva (o como nos apetezca). Buen provecho!
