  3. Ralladura de 1 naranja
  4. 1 rama canela

  9. 200 ml nata para montar
  10. AzĂșcar glass

  1. Extendemos la masa quebrada en un molde(mejor desmontable) pinchamos con un tenedor y horneamos10 minutos a 200°
  2. Ponemos en un cazo la calabaza cortada en trozos junto con la ralladura de la naranja, los clavos, la canela y la nuez moscada, tapamos y dejamos cocinar a fuego suave unos 30 minutos(si notåis que la calabaza se os pega podéis añadir unas gotas de agua pero muy poco)
  3. Una vez pasado el tiempo retiramos la canela y los clavos, dejamos que se temple un poco e incorporamos la nata, los huevos y el azĂșcar trituramos todo y reservamos.
  4. Sacamos del horno y vertemos la mezcla anterior metemos de nuevo en el horno a 180° unos 35, 40 minutos, hasta que la crema este cuajada, espolvoreamos con azĂșcar glass y ralladura de naranja(opcional)cuando la tarta se enfrĂ­e y nada pues a disfrutar de un postre muy rico!!
