- 100 ml nata
- Aproximadamente 250 gr azúcar glas
- Colorante en pasta naranja
- Fondant verde

- Comenzamos con el bundt. Es muy importante contar con los moldes adecuados para lograr la forma de calabaza. Yo los conseguí en una tienda de chinos baratos, baratísimos (los amortizaré pronto), pero si tenéis moldes Nordik pues mucho mejor. Mezclamos todos los ingredientes secos por un lado (harina, azúcar, impulsadores, sal y especias). Y los líquidos por otro (huevos, buttermilk, mantequilla fundida) Poco a poco vamos incorporando los líquidos a los secos.

- Por último añadimos el puré de calabaza. Horneamos a 180ºC por una hora o hasta que al introducir un palillo éste salga limpio.
- Para hacer la glasa mezclamos la nata con el azúcar (ha de quedar espesa pero no mucho para que podamos crear el efecto goteo). Separamos una cuarta parte y coloreamos ésta con la pasta naranja. Rellenamos las dos mitades con parte de la glasa naranja y dejamos un poquito para hacer los adornos. Abrimos la parte central superior para introducir una chocolatina y decoramos con la glasa blanca y los efectos de glasa naranja. Por último hacemos un par de hojas de fondant verde.
